Obviously a law license is no guarantee that its holder will properly
recognize or be the most effective at combating judicial misconduct.  
More obvious is that the American judiciary should not be beyond a
reasonable challenge by any lawyer, and particularly not because it is
empowered to remove him or her from its bars of attorneys.  In fact,
the important role these attorneys can play in America's system of
government checks and balances should not be easily neutralized by
clearly questionable determinations that a challenge of the judiciary,
was or is unreasonable.  As implicated by "Focus On Indiana", the
lives of children and other precious interests can be at stake.
